With us, your job will be to will evaluate our customers desires and needs. With this knowledge you’ll help customers identify and focus on the crucial objectives and actions that will optimize production in the dental practice.

|Duties:||•Meet and exceed sales targets and achieve maximum sales in the assigned territory.|
•Target A, B, C accounts by present and potential dollars of revenues/profits, cost to sell and service, and probability of success.
•Identify potential growth areas, and open new accounts as well as maintain and grow existing accounts.
•Allocate time and call frequency based on A, B, and C targeting.
•Increase market share by calling on offices to promote and sell dental supplies and equipment, communicate special programs, present marketing/advertising programs and new products, prepare and conduct customer training and educational seminars, collect competitive information, handle and solve problems and complaints, and collect overdue receivables.
•Sell all products with an emphasis on major manufacturer’s and personal gaps (when they have been identified).
•Prepare written presentations, reports and proposals.
•Sell the organizations customer loyalty and promotional programs.
•Continually learn new product knowledge and acquire better selling skills.
•Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets for dental supplies and equipment.
•Promptly arrive to, attend, and participate in all mandatory sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
•Work longer hours when necessary to develop your territory and meet customer expectations.
•Do necessary overnight travel, when approved by management.
•Laptops, cell phones and Holt customized ordering programs should be used.
•Maximize percent of time in front of customers.
•Communicate competitive information to corporate marketing.
•Complete and submit new account information sheets for new accounts.
•Comply with all company policies and operate within the expense budget.
•Work with, develop positive relationships with, communicate with, and coordinate activities with other employees in marketing, customer service, distribution, credit, accounting, human resources, and finance departments.
•Communicate effectively; cooperate with your fellow salespeople and management.

College degree or equivalent experience
Driver's license and automobile insurance
