We are currently adding Elite Equipment Sales Representatives who will enhance our customers’ experience with our company. We are seeking pioneers who will raise customer service expectations for our customers and the entire dental industry by delivering unique personal value.
With us, your job will be to evaluate our customer’s desires and needs and help them identify specific equipment and technology solutions that will help optimize their practice production and improve patient care. You will also expand the portfolio of services within our existing customer base.

Duties:Duties:
•Meet and exceed equipment and technology sales goals and objectives in the assigned territory.
•Increase market share by identifying new opportunities to promote and sell equipment and technology solutions to be prospects and existing accounts.
•Prepare written presentations, reports and proposals.
• Collaborate with the merchandise and technology sales teams to bring additional value added programs and solutions to our customers.
•Continually improve product knowledge and acquire better selling skills.
•Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues, products and markets for dental equipment.
•Promptly arrive to, attend, and participate in all mandatory sales meetings, product seminars and trade shows.
•Work extra hours when necessary to achieve sales goals and meet customer expectations.
•Do necessary overnight travel, when approved by management.
•Utilize company provided technology (Laptops, cell phones) and systems to help optimize the sales process and communicate in a timely and effective manner with both customers and team members. •Maximize percent of time in front of customers.
•Communicate competitive information to corporate marketing.
•Comply with all company policies and operate within the expense budget.
•Communicate effectively; cooperate with your fellow salespeople and management.
Qualifications:Qualifications:
Required for the position
• An Associate’s Degree in a Business field, Sales or Information Technology is required.
• 3-5 years of related business to business selling experience.
• A valid driver’s license.
Preferred for the position
• Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field, Sales or Information Technology is preferred
• IT Knowledge, Dental Experience, Business to Business Sales, Mechanical or Engineering Aptitude or Trade experience.
